He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Phillip, Jennie Ciampa, Joe Nuccio and Herman Moore; his grandparents, Tommy and Tina Davis; and his great-grandparent Sonny Davis.

He is survived by: his parents, Charles Joseph Ciampa, Jr. (Michelle) and Brandi Cecile Davis; his siblings, Christopher and Haley Ciampa; his grandparents, Charles Joseph Ciampa, Sr., Beth Ciampa, Ricky, Juanita Aucoin, Erroll Paul Villneurve and Sheryl Villneurve; and his great-grandparents, Audrey Nuccio, Vera Moore and Ruby Davis. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
