He is survived by: his sisters, Lisa Rivers (Charles), Tammy Mayers (Roy) and Sheila Grisham (Mary Hymel); his daughter Brooke Phillips (Jason); his grandchildren, Kaylee, Megan and George; and his nieces and nephews, Patrick, Paige, Charly, Ryan and Royce.
