He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Lou Ledbetter and Jackson Adoulf Martin. He is survived by: his wife Laurie Lambert; his children, Shadow Martin, Joshua Martin, Amber Martin, Emma Martin, Amanda Price (Shawn) and Christina Lambert; his grandchildren, Ethen, Makenzie, Adisyn, Samantha Jo, Coraline Martin and Carlee Price; and his siblings, John Martin (Jerri) and Jacqueline Martin.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations may be made to Richard Murphy Hospice House in Hammond, Louisiana.
