Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Bettie Foster Spano (Hammond, Louisiana), who passed away at the age of 85, on August 19, 2019. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Foster and Mabel Spencer Foster; her husband Frank F. Spano; and her brothers, Herbert and Dewey Foster.

She is survived by: her children, Wendy L. Danna, Frank J. Spano, Catherine A. Spano, Dennis N. Spano and Douglas E. Spano. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family asked that donations be made to St. Jude Hospital in her honor.
