She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosa Castrogiovanni Cali and Antonio Cali; her sons, Larry Alack and Ricky Alack; her husband Nick Alack; and her siblings, Joe Cali, Gasper Cali, Vito Cali, Angelo Cali, Sam Cali, Frank Cali and Frances Cali Barbento.

She is survived by: her son Don Alack, Sr. (Pam); her daughter-in-law Ruth H. Alack; and her grandchildren, Don Alack, Jr. (Crystal), Theresa Alack Wainwright (Dean), Brad Alack (Susan), Courtney Ernst Benson (Casey) and John Ernst (Brittany). She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
