She is survived by: her husband Mark Lamartiniere Jr.; her daughter Jamie Lynn Forrest (Casey); her grandchildren, Jordan Strahan and Blake Forrest; her great grandchild Liam Hayze Porschakin; and her father-in-law Mark Lamartiniere Sr..
