He is survived by: his wife Brenda Vervik Daussat; and his siblings, Juanita Pearson (late John), Linda Broussard, Dianne Graiser (Buddy) and Rick Daussat (Patsy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
