Costanza (Donna) and Michael J. Costanza; and his grandchildren, Ashley Galloway (Chris), Kayla Bankston, Christopher M. Costanza, Caitlin Waddell (Casey) and Michael Graziano. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
