It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annie Laura Sullivan Tompkins (Hammond, Louisiana), who passed away on November 20, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Wilfred Tompkins; her parents, James Sullivan and Mildred Sullivan; and her siblings, Geneva Venuto, Anna Mae Hart and Lewis Sullivan.

She is survived by: her children, Michael Tompkins (Kim), David Tompkins (Terry) and Elizabeth "Liz" Bickford (Mark); her grandchildren, Charlie Tompkins (Brent), Daniel Tompkins (Shauntel), Michelle Ferrage (Jamie), Trent Tompkins (Brittany) and Tracy Bickford; her great grandchildren, Ethan, Talyn, Brody Tompkins and Lucy Ferrage; and her siblings, Henrietta Newman, Billie Joyce Accardo and James "Jimmy" Sullivan (Michelle). She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.

The family would like all memorial donations to be made to the Richard Murphy Hospice Foundation, 1109 S. Chestnut St, Hammond, LA 70403 in Annie's memory.
