She is survived by: her husband Charles Levy; her daughters, Angele Centeno, Danielle Arlos (Ricky) and Sherry White (Bo); her grandchildren, Alexis Mataya, Dylan Mataya, Blane White, Amaya White, Justice White and Cameron Centeno; her great grandchildren, Armani White and Kaleah White; and her siblings, Kerry Stacey and Keith Donley.
