He is survived by: his parents, Betty and Hollis Kirkland, Jr.; and his siblings, Danny Kirkland, Richard Kirkland (Sylvia), Phillip Powell, Sandy Hutchinson (Eric) and Hope Andrews. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
