She is survived by: her husband James Paul Tarter; her daughters, Brenda Fuller, Mary Thompson (Robert), Paula Almonte (Gil), Anita Diel (Robert Pace), Rhonda Langford (Troy) and Dana Westerburg (Ken); her sister Teenie Bowen; and her grandchildren, Darrell Fuller, Stephanie Pardue (Jeremy), James Michael Elliott, Melissa Franks (Steven), Amanda "Mandi" Brown (Josh), Brandi Chappell (Casey), Heather Stanley (Charles), Steven Stanley, Meghan Collins (Chad), Nikalus Wall, Emily Sharplin (Isaiah), Makayla Westerburg, Robbie Thompson (Sherri), Rochelle Wolford (Herbie), Sarah Langford and Isaac "Zack" Langford. She is also survived by 30 great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.
