He was predeceased by: his father Marshall Francis Spicer; his brother Doug Spicer; and his granddaughter SuriAnna Callista Garlington. He is survived by: his wife Becky Hughes Spicer; his children, Heather Sanchez (Joseph), Matthew Spicer (Lindy) and Lori Garlington (Mark); his grandchildren, Boston Garlington, Lily, Haven and Finn Sanchez; his great grandchildren, Rylee and Addison Spicer; his mother Patricia Albair Spicer; his siblings, Diana Hebert (Michael) and David Spicer (Michael); his siblings-in-law, Roxanne Richard (Ronnie) and Frank Hughes (Cathy); and his pet Khloe. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes donations to be made to Hackberry High School track team or Life Christian Academy High in Sulphur, LA.
