He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George "Bynum" Shove and Margaret Toups Shove; his wife Gayla M. Shove; his daughters, Malorie Knox (Kody), Lori Beth Denison (John Ray) and Madison Pickle (Jordan); his sisters, Katherine "Bussy" Fontenot (Buddy) and Jeanne "Bitsy" Primeaux (Blake); and his grandchildren, Slade, Kase, Luke, Sophie, Saige, Saylie, Stella and Sawyer. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
