He is survived by: his children, David Wayne Welch (Carolyn), Tammy Gay Welch and Bobbie Hicks; his grandchildren, Jaime Welch, Chance Case, Waylon Raymond, Tiffanie Raymond and Autumn Raymond; his siblings, Donald Ray Welch, Gerald Wayne Welch and Grace Welch Simon; and his caregiver Martha Hicks Welch. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
