He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Seay and Lillian Seay; and his wife Joyce Seay. He is survived by: his children, Bozo Seay, Kirk Seay (Linda), Joy Vincent (Ronnie), Charlotte Neichoy (Marc) and Sonya Hebert (Shane); and his siblings, Isabelle Gray and Pat Seay. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; and 2 great- great grandchildren.
