He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph L. Guidry and Ezette Thompson Guidry; his brother Roland Guidry; and his parents-in-law, Edward and Lillian Fontenot.
He is survived by: his wife Mona Fontenot Guidry of Gueydan, LA; his children, Robert Lee "Rocky" Guidry, Jr. of Gueydan, LA and Karen G. Richard (Michael) of Sweet Lake, LA; his brothers, Patrick Guidry (LaDonna) of Iowa, LA and Norman Guidry (Kim) of Abbeville, LA; his siblings-in-law, Bert "Skeida" Fontenot of Lake Charles, LA, Kevin Fontenot (Carole) of Sulphur, LA, Judy Guidry of Gueydan, LA and Susan Fontenot Ash (Don) of Lake Charles, LA; and his granddaughters, Hettie, Sarah, Gracie, Addison, Cecily Guidry, Mika and Mary Richard. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
