He is survived by: his wife Barbara Adams Bourque of Kaplan; his children, David Bourque of Kaplan, Stephen Bourque (Alyson) of Kaplan and Melanie Scanlan Gaspard (Donald) of Kaplan; his stepsons, Blaine Frick (Tara) of Kaplan and Brent Frick (Jenni) of Lafayette; and his brother Sulie Bourque (Kathy) of Lafayette. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren; his seven step grandchildren; his four great grandchildren; and his two nephews.
