It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Duhon (Gueydan, Louisiana), who passed away on August 20, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Mary farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Mary is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her husband Daryl Duhon; and her parents, Wilfred Chiasson and Velma Chiasson. She is survived by: her children, Sherri Duhon Hebert (Mark), Christopher Erik Duhon and Jon Phillip Duhon (Scarlett); her grandchildren, Erin, Amelia, Mark James and Morgan; her sister Jeanette Vincent; and her friends, Judy and Mildred. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
