He was predeceased by: his parents, Presley Joseph Belaire, Jr. and Carolyn Gail Fruge. He is survived by: his siblings, Vickie Ann Belaire of Iota, Robert James Belaire (Cindy) of Fred, TX, Dwayne Joseph Belaire (Susan) of Kenedy, TX and Kevin Wayne Belaire (Donna) of Hayes; and his nieces and nephews, Ashley Belaire, Corey Belaire, Victoria Sauseda and Christopher Belaire.
