She is survived by: her stepmother Betty M. Gums of Crowley, LA; her daughter Monica Gums of Gueydan, LA; her stepson Travis Levine of Lake Charles, LA; her granddaughter Maya Lyn Gums; and her siblings, Clyde Gums, Jr. (Carla) of Rayne, LA, Larry Broussard (Christina) of Abbeville, LA, Charlotte of Gueydan, LA, Carolyn of Gueydan, LA and Paulette Gums of Gueydan, LA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
