He is survived by: his sons, Burton Suire (Iris) of Gueydan and Mark Suire (Lori) of Scott; and his siblings, Linda Mathews of Kaplan, Margaret Miller of Kaplan and Lloyd Suire of Gueydan. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren; and his six great grandchildren.
