He is survived by: his mother Yvonne Thibodeaux Simon of Morse, LA; his wife Tammy Simon of Lacassine, LA; his children, Heath Allen Simon (Carolyn) of Austin, TX, Heather Nicole Garcia (James) of Austin, TX and Holly Renee Witt (Michael) of Wimberly, TX; his stepsons, Brian Deshotel of Jennings, LA and Joshua Deshotel of Lacassine, LA; his brothers, Elroi Simon (Tracy) of Perry, LA and Tyron Simon (Paula) of Fort Worth, TX; and his grandchildren, Ian, Aundrea, Sonny, Brayden, Paisley, Michah, Holden and Kase.
