He is survived by: his sons, Jake Toups of Monroe, LA, Michael Toups (Elizabeth) of The Woodlands and Patrick Toups of Gueydan; his sister Theresa Elliot of Lockport, LA; and his grandchildren, Chad, Erin, Kyle, Joseph, James, Nick Toups and Jennifer Holliday.
