She is survived by: her children, Chandler Simon of New Orleans, LA and Amber Simon of Gueydan, LA; and her siblings, Wilbert Lee "Buddy" Bertrand and Aline Bertrand. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
