We are sad to announce that on May 6, 2020, at the age of 92, Arthur James Benoit (Gueydan, Louisiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his siblings, May Benoit Istre, Rose Benoit Morgan, Earl Benoit of Ray Benoit, J. C and Paul Benoit; his spouse Bobbie Jean Skaggs; his children, Cynthia Benoit, Durke Benoit (Delores), Angelia Richard (David), Lesia LeBlanc (Wayne), Sandy Benoit (Deceased) and Kevin Benoit (Mary); his parents, Ulgare Benoit and Martha Benoit; his brother Ray Benoit; and his granddaughters, Caroline and Chloe Richard. He was also cherished by children gave them 12 grandchildren, and 30 great-grandchildren.
In compliance with state regulations, due to the COVID-19 Virus, a Private viewing will be held at Matthews & Son Funeral Home in Gueydan on Sunday, May 10th from 12:00 PM until 1:40 PM.
