He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary LarReed Fruge and Alvin Boudreaux; his siblings, Roderick Boudreaux and Joy Fruge; and his brother-in-law Michael Fontenot.
He is survived by: his close friend Jeri Chapman of Gueydan; his children, Dustin Carriere (Carmen) of Church Point and Nikki Murray (Paul) of Port Neches, TX; his grandchildren, Darian, Kali, Luke Murray of Port Neches, TX, Lance, Brett, Ashlee Benoit and Aaron Carriere of Church Point; his siblings, Karen Fontenot of Lake Arthur and Troy Fruge (Kimberly Talen Fruge) of Lafayette; and his sister-in-law Loretta Boudreaux Freeland. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
