It is with great sadness that we announce the death of O'Neil John Babin Jr. of Grosse Tete, Louisiana, who passed away on November 10, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his significant other Mary Mae Angelloz Babin; his parents, O'Neil John Sr. and Corinne Truxillo Babin; his sister Sue; his brother-in-law Adrian "Ace" Landry; his son-in-law Lional Ezell; his grandson-in-law Frank Carmena Jr.; and his great grandchild John Nathan Carmena.
He is survived by: his sister Corinne "Tutty" Landry; his children, Sandra Shaw (Steve), O'Neil "Skeet" John Babin III (Lee), Anita Charleville (Donald), Patricia Ezell, Becky Hebert (Barry), David Babin and Patrick Babin (Kris); and his grandchildren, Lisa Carmena, Dane Babin (Trudy), Tara Elliott (Chris), Leslie Charleville, Jonathan Charleville (Tara), Michael Ezell (Theresa), Andrea Roddy (Jordan), Allison Hebert, Katie Hebert, Jodey Hebert (Ashley), Christy Babin, David Babin Jr., Zackary Clement, Patrick Babin Jr. and Charles O'Neil Babin. He is also survived by 32 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church Maintenance Fund.
