He is survived by: his wife Barbara David; his children, Tammy Ivy (Mike), Pam LaValley and John McLeod; his grandchildren, Blaine, Kaleigh, Lexie, Reagan, Lynsie, Hannah, Preston and Koal; and his siblings, Vicky Boss, Melinda David and Donny David. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
