He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Doak, Sr. and Earline Martin; his child Carvel Small; and his siblings, Billy Sanders and Sharon Martin.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Macaluso Doak; his children, Chris Doak, Shanyn Doak (Tony), Ronnie Gauthreaux (Ron), Rhonda Efferson (Stacey), Shantel Keesee (James), Joseph Falgoust, Jr. (Leslie) and Carla Small; his grandchildren, Christopher, Mason, Derrick, Hannah (Brendon), Freddy, Camryn, Allen, Alexis, Blanche, Summer, Tomi-Jo, Joseph, III, Alyssa, Budha, Anthony (Bubby), Cayla and Gabrielle; his great grandchildren, McKenzie, Brody, Eric, Acelynn, Marcie, Evie, Apphia, Zayden, Cashlynne and Ronnie; and his daughter Acelynn "Acey". He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 11:45 PM and on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Harvey - Mothe Funeral Homes (2100 Westbank Expy, Harvey, LA 70058). A Mass was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at the Westlawn Memorial Park (1225 Whitney Ave., Terrytown, LA 70056).
