He is survived by: his wife Cheryl M. Johnson Arbuthnot; his son Melvin Arbuthnot, Jr. (Bridget C.); his siblings, Joyce Smith (Chris), Debra Taylor (Albert), Suzette Moody (Darren), James Arbuthnot, Jr. (Leona), Michael Arbuthnot (Elaine), Donald Arbuthnot (Faye), Carl Arbuthnot (Josie), Reginald Arbuthnot and Kevin Arbuthnot (Deborah); and his siblings-in-law, Demetrise Posey, Katherine Williams, Donice Wharton, Elise Nero (James), Jessica Lucky (Paul), Fredericka Bridges (Alfred) and Joanette Williams. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
