With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Maurice L. Rollins of Gretna, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 2, 2024 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Janney Spark and William Rollins; and his brothers, Harvey Rollins and Joseph Rollins. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Rollins; his sons, Malcolm and Ashlon Rollins; and his siblings, Lyla Coleman (Larry), Cynthia Riley (Alton), Rita Gasper (Hervin), Alice Gleason (Jerry), Constance Flecher and William Rollins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Boyd Family Funeral Home (5001 Chef Menteur Hwy, New Orleans, LA 70126). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
