He was predeceased by: his child Ulysis Andrew Henry; and his brothers, Andrew Jr., Alvin Sr. and Clarence Henry. He is survived by: his children, Ferdinand Henry, Jr. (Karen), Antonio Henry (Teiona), Aletha Bryant, Eletha Manshack (James) and Janal Henry; and his sisters, Yvonne Mack, Ida McCoy, Laura Smith, Carolyn Williams (George), Barbara White and Gwendolyn Henry. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
