He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Andrea Francis; his father Laurence; his son Francis; his mother Shirley Scott Francis; his siblings, Elridge Holmes, Anthony Francis, Moses Francis, Linda, Brenda, Larry, Harry, Diane Francis and Marion Simmons; his grandchildren, Vonique Miller-Austin, Nya McMillian, Tyrese Austin, Giazz'e Francis, Joseph Jackson, Kya Austin, Bryan Austin Jr., Makir Francis and Dylan Austin; his sisters-in-law, Joycelyn H. Robinson and Vanessa Austin; and his godchildren, LaToia Marchand and Tamika Jones.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Greater Galilee Missionary Baptist Church (2013 St Ann St., New Orleans, LA 70116). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Greater Galile Missionary Baptist Church (2013 St Ann St., New Orleans, LA 70116). A burial was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery (34888 Grantham College Dr, Slidell, LA 70460).
