He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Clough and Elwin Clough Sr.; his stepfather Desmond Patterson; his daughter Donna Finley; and his former wife Purvis.
He is survived by: his children, Maryann Clough, Bridgett Mayer, Mark Clough, Teresa Suchecki and Barbara Marrow; and his sister Susan Wall. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
