He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Cleveland-Ortiz; his children, Isian Owens, Evita Ortiz, Edwin Ortiz, II and Elana Williams (Alton); his grandchildren, Mia (Collis), Isis, Kayla, Mateo, Elijah, Elisia, Ivy, Nyla, Kaylee, Nina Bria and Kylea; his great grandchildren, Elliana, Ezra, Zariyah and Zendaya; his siblings, Olga Ortiz, Eluid Ortiz, Carmen Rivera, Zoraida Trinidad and Annie Ortiz; and his close friend Rebecca Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
