He is survived by: his siblings, Horace Gallagher (Ina), Walter Hill (Carol), John Hill (Veronica), Kenneth Hill, Sr. (Emma), Jeffery Hill, Sr. (Sylvia), Amelia Jackson Thomas, Eleanor Hill and Tenika Whittington (Marious); his friend Rosemary Peterson; and also Kim Gallagher Philip. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
