With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doris Bishop Spicer Agin Koshy of Gretna, Louisiana, born in Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on February 26, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Westphal Wedekind and Henry Calvin Spicer Jr.; and her brother Thomas Michael Spicer. She is survived by: her husband Iype Koshy; her siblings, Diana Schneider, Bettina Owens, Alice Spicer, Susan Spicer and Henry Calvin Spicer III (Hank); and her pets, Bella and Frosty. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family suggests that if you would like to contribute in her honor, that it be to either the SPCA, Second Harvest Food Bank of Greater New Orleans, or your favorite charity.
