He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil M Kluttz, Sr. and Gertrude Mecimore Kluttz; and his brother Carl Mecimore. He is survived by: his wife Gayle Walter Kluttz; his sons, Carl (Katharine) and Charles (Jessica); his grandchildren, Braden, Clare, Victoria, Cody, Jonathan, Corynn, Charlea and Jacob; and his siblings, Sarah Beaver (Clyde), Louise Walker (Paul), Cecilia Smith (Eugene), Brenda Thomas (Randy), Glenda Robinson (Gary) and Eddie Kluttz (Lori). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and wonderful friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A Mass was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the St Cletus Catholic Church (3600 Claire Ave, Gretna, LA 70053). A burial was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at the Westlawn Memorial Park (1225 Whitney Ave., Terrytown, LA 70056).
