He was predeceased by: his parents, Madison Butler and Vivian Butler; his in-laws, Lawrence and Leola Carlin; his son Caze Butler Jr. (Beatrice); and his great grandchild Keian Ester.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Butler; and his children, Steven Butler, Keenan Butler Sr. (Glynetta), Cheryl Butler-Darby (Eric) and Gamael Butler Sr. (Latonya). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Rhodes Funeral Home - Gretna (1020 Virgil St, Gretna, LA 70053). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Rhodes Funeral Homes (1020 Virgil St, Gretna, LA 70053).
