We are sad to announce that on July 21, 2022, at the age of 49, Bevan James Jones Sr. of Gretna, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Superintendent Robert P Jones Jr., Missionary Elouise Jones, Sarah Cross Francis, Ethel and Lawrence Simmons; his mother-in-law Yvette Manuel Pollard; his niece Abiah Jones; and his nephew Byron Jones III.
He is survived by: his parents, Elder Byron P. Jones Sr. (Sylvia) and Hazel Jones Klu; his wife Sheena Manuel Jones; his children, Bevan Jones Jr., India Toppins (Chris), Kolby Manuel, Caleb Jones and Laila Jones; his grandchildren, Chance, Collin, Korik, Josiah, Kash, Kannon, Bailie and Za'riah; his siblings, Michelle Jones, Byron Jones Jr., Aieda McFarland (Michael), Joy Colbert (Antoine), Brandon Jones and Sarah Bergeron (Andrew); his sisters-in-law, Jessica Pollard and Erica Pollard; and his godmother Cynthia Hawkins. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Due to COVID – 19, it is required that everyone in attendance wear a facemask.
