He was predeceased by: his parents, Marlou Bays and Robert Rackley. He is survived by: his spouse Dodie Rackley; his friend Pikachu; his brother Clarence "Hey Boy" Rackley; his niece Amanda; his brother-in-law Rick Fredericks; and his sister Martha LeBlanc.
