It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Dummet Benson (Greenwood, Louisiana), who passed away on June 24, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William Joseph Benson, Jr.; her son Robert Benson; and her granddaughter Wendy Michel. She is survived by: her daughter Carolyn Benson Haik; her son-in-law Larry Haik, Sr.; and her grandsons, Jeffrey Haik and Erik Haik. She is also survived by many loving great grandchildren.
