He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Dupont and Emma Dupont; his former wife Irma Dupont; and his brothers, Willis Dupont, George Dupont and Howard Dupont.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Wall Dupont; his children, Bruce W. Dupont (Terri), Dennis D. Dupont (Donna), Bryan K. Dupont (Melissa) and Jean Warren (Kevin); and his siblings, Barbara Jilg and Jerry Dupont. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Greenwood Building Fund, P.O. Box 307, Greenwood, LA 71033.
