He was predeceased by: his wife Linda G. Sonnier; and his parents, Millard Sonnier and Rose Johnson Thibodeaux. He is survived by: his children, Angela Sasser (Jon), Mike Sonnier (Monica), Tammie Lejeune (Kirk) and Kevin Sonnier; his siblings, Betty Wilson, Raymond Sonnier, Johnny Sonnier and Millard Sonnier Jr.; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Sasser (Lee), Keith Lejeune (Brittany), Hunter Lejeune (Kayleigh), Zachary Lejeune (Mandy), Sarah Basham (Daniel), Jacob Sonnier (Madison), Joey Sonnier (Jordan) and Jordan Sonnier (Brooke). He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren, host of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given that will be used by the family to honor Willard's life and memory.
