She is survived by: her husband Patrick Lloyd Mack; her daughters, Jennifer M. Root (John) and Aimee M Johnson; her siblings, Janice K. Gould, Susie K. Blackwell and Jerry Kennard (Debra); and her grandchildren, Kaylee Johnson Whitaker (Jeffrey), Patrick Judd Johnson and Daniel Mack Root.
