He is survived by: his wife Gloria Tolbert; his close friend Debra Ann Dokes of Greensburg, LA; his grandchildren, Taylor, Quentin, Walter Matthew, Anissa, Kennae, Rashaad, Dynte', Cher're, Nickolas, Chace and Stefon; his siblings, Alcee (Viola), Fred Jr. of Thomas Jahue, Ora, Hollis and Marshall Ray (Helen); his sisters-in-law, Brenda and Hazel; and his goddaughter Traci Achi.
