He was predeceased by: his parents, David Allen and Lucille Allen; and his son Nicholas Allen. He is survived by: his wife Linda Wells Allen of Walker, LA.; his children, Renee Allen McCrory (Brant), Dr. Cherron Allen Philippe (Devin), Burch Allen (Holly), Megan Allen Mayhew and Jacob Allen (Alicia); his grandchildren, Dylan Philippe (Kate), Dr. Kacie Philippe Teague (Will), Dustin Philippe, Christine Allen, Kay Allen, Tessi Allen, Sloan Allen, Layla Daley, Miley Daley and Mary Katherine Mayhew; his great grandchildren, Dixon Philippe and Drew Philippe; his stepdaughters, Dee Rogers Morgan (Dewey Killingsworth) and Kim Patterson Hebert (Kelly); his stepgrandchildren, Austin Hebert, Jessica Morgan and Bailey Hebert; and his brother Joe Schwartz (Nell).
