She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey "Jeff" Dean Burnett, Sr.; her children, Kayla Elise Burnett Bennett, Jeffrey "Dean" Burnette, Tristian Conner Burnett, Noah James Burnett, Gabriel Joseph Burnett and Aaron Blake Burnett; her adoptive son Cauy Christopher Phillips; her grandson Bronson Bennett; her parents, John Ellis Cupit, Jr. and Genie Vashti Wicker Cupit; her brothers, John "Johnny" Ellis Cupit, IV (Elizabeth Ann "Beth") and James "Frank" Cupit (Terry Ann Magliolo); and her nieces and nephews, Nichole "Nikki" Brittany Cupit, John "Ellis" Cupit, Felicia Ann Cupit Flotte, Joshua Paul Cupit and Sarah Elizabeth Cupit Vince.
