We are sad to announce that on February 26, 2020, at the age of 82, Frances Thigpen (Greensburg, Louisiana), born in Tangipahoa, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Miller and Effie Miller; the father of her children Tom Ed Bridges, Jr.; her husband Louis Thigpen; and her daughter Rhonda Gayle Bridges.
She is survived by: her children, Cline Edward "Bubba" Bridges (Betty) and Tammy Bridges Boudreaux (Mike) of Greensburg; and her grandchildren, Joseph Dunn (Leslie), Kathryn Forrest (Kevin), Angela Hagan Wiedeman (Judd), Dana Carpenter (Billy), Kaycee Bridges, Michael Boudreaux, Jr. (Lindsay), Joni Boudreaux (Wes), Colton Boudreaux (Alexia) and Landon Boudreaux. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Virginia's name to the Amite Chapter of the Catholic Daughters of America or to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
